In my Real Estate practice, I represent individual and business clients in transactions involving commercial and residential property, including drafting and interpreting real estate documents, purchase and sales, and contract review, interpretation, and negotiation. I also have experience representing clients in litigation involving title disputes, easement and boundary line conflicts, and quite title actions.

Business Organizations

I assist clients in the planning, formation, and operation of their business, whether it be a closely held business, limited liability company, partnership, or corporation. I advise clients about directors’ and officers’ liability, dissolution, franchising, reorganization, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, successions, and shareholders’ rights to ensure that they are in compliance with the laws governing their particular business entity.

Personal Injury

I represent Plaintiffs who have been injured as a result of someone else’s intentional or negligent conduct, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, slip and fall, workplace injuries, defective products, and wrongful death.

Land Use & Zoning

I represent landowners, developers and builders in all stages of land use matters, including acquisitions for commercial development, financing, workouts, lending, and representation before local planning boards and authorities for zoning compliance, approval, and appeals.

Landlord & Tenant Laws

I represent landlords and tenants in matters involving lease violations and disputes, evictions, and unlawful detainers.

Creditor/Debtor

Creditor/Debtor Law governs situations where one party is unable to pay a monetary to another. I represent debtors and creditors in collections, asset seizures, debt restructuring, repossession, and garnishment.
